Replacing rubber seals...

I've just bought a Saab 900 Turbo convertible and there's a fair bit of wind noise getting in through what seems to be worn rubber seals.
How would I go about getting these replaced as it's not something I've ever dealt with before. Are there specific companies that deal with it? Any idea what sort of cost I'd be looking at?
