Car needed! Cash burning a hole in my pocket!

I've just sold my subaru this morning and am now left without a car. I've got around £2300 to spend. Looking for a Golf GT TDI or a E46 BMW. Anyone selling such a vehicle. I've trawled the classifieds. Just cant make up my mind. Oh, I'm in Barry near Cardiff during the week and cant travel until the weekends when I go home to Wallingford in Oxfordshire. Saw a nice 323 in Norfolk on here today but I think its gone.
