Which estate car?

Budget 9-11k
No more than 3 years old
Must do 30mpg or more
0-60 in less than 9 secs
Manual

I've Come up with:

Passat 2.O T
Skoda Octavia VRs
BMW 3**
Alfa 159

What do you guys think, any I've missed?

Jag X type isn't on your list - 4wd, 3 litre V6, 0-60 in about 8 secs. I'd still fancy the alfa, but that's just me.....
