What vehicle history check?
Discussion
I use HPI: http://www.hpicheck.com
It works well for finance, v-car .etc. Think they also have an option where you can do a mileage check, it costs a few quid but I believe it sends a letter to all previous owners to verify the mileage of the vehicle when it was owned by them.
