Take the humble old mazda 121

Its a ford fiesta with a different grill

So 1 car but can be bought from 2 different manufacturers

So what single model of car could be bought from the most different manufacturers

The Vauxhall Frontera was also an Isuzu Rodeo, a Honda Passport, as well as the Holden Frontera, (and thinking about it, the Opel Frontera too)

Yes, with a change of grill but with the same grill as well the winner is probably the RR at the change of ownership could be bought first from RR, then from VW and finally from BMW.

Considering how rubbish the basic car was I'm amazed so many manufacturers mad this one:

Opel Kadett (Mainland Europe)
Vauxhall Astra (UK)
Chevrolet Kadett (South America)
Pontiac Le Mans (US)
Daewoo Nexia (Korea)
Passport Optima (Canada)
UzDaewooAvto Nexia (Uzbekistan), only discovered this one on wikipedia when looking it up. Can't think of a more desirable car, shoddy cheap opel rebadged by a rather rubbish korean manufacturer but built by the Uzbek government laugh
