Hoping I can get a bit of advice. Had a company car policy in place since November last year but recently decided that I need to build up my no claims so looked around a bit and went back to the broker who organised the company car policy, Lockyers.

They ran a quote for me and came out pretty good so decided to go with them, especially as they've already got all my details etc. Documents came through at the weekend and the details are all wrong! Names, named drivers, annual mileage etc! So rang them up to correct them today and they said they'd have to requote...extra £1800 at least!

So at this point I said well I want to forget it then and go back to the company car policy as I wouldn't have changed if the new policy was going to be that much and he mumbled something about looking into it and getting back to me.

So where do I stand on things? Its their fault they've input incorrect details into the policy so they should be able to sort it out right? The policy started on 13th May but I only received the documents at the weekend, so I should still have the cooling period or something?

How long have you had a company car for - often you can get the company who run the scheme to confirm that you have had no claims for x years.
