Chobham test track

Am reading EVO and Simon George said that he was doing laps at Chobham test track. Has this not been closed?

Used every day for filming, autocar use it every week, Mclaren use it for shakedowns and recently they have started doing 6th gear experiences on it, which is Simon G's company
