if the condition wasn't as good would they go with the strapline: "It's on the books but don't f***in bother turning up to view cos its st"


I really don't get this sort of flowery pretentious sales speak ? Is there honestly anyone out there who like this sort of thing ? Anyone who feels warm and fuzzy when they read this aspiring gentlemanly twaddle ?
