What car (non-sensical list)?

Looking at a wide range of vehicles ranging from cheap (and sensible) to not-so-cheap (and therefore totally not sensible). What matters? Fun, fast, depreciation, reliability, bang for buck and I shouldn't look a complete tosser in it. Please help.

The non-sensical list is (in no particular order):

Merc SLK55 AMG
Merc SL55 AMG
Nissan 350z Roadster
Porsche Boxster S
2005 Lambo Gallardo hardtop
2008 Aston V8 Roadster
2004 'Rara 360 Spider
Bentley Continental GT (and an umbrella to deflect all the spit that will come my way)
BMW Z4M

Crikey, I even thought about a Mini Cooper S for a while,but if I buy that my gf will probably leave me. Like I said, help.

Were it me: Aston head & shoulders, then the 360 Spider, then the SL55.

SLK: too little and a bit dinky. Nissan: doesn't spin my dial. Boxster & Beemer: too common. Gallardo: hmm. Whenever I see one of these, I think "there's someone who's done really well in IT or selling hifi. And who won't be able to drive their car up a dropped kerb without grounding the spoiler." Snobbish? Yes. Bentley: how old are you?
