E30 speakers

Evening all, not sure if this is the right section for this so please move it if necessary.

Looking at uprating some speakers in an E30 since the current ones have blown and I've literally no idea where to start. I know they're 5.25" speakers and I want to keep the same size but other than that I'm not sure what to look for.

The price differences on these things is pretty colossal, I was wondering if anyone could lend a helping hand and point me in the right direction. I'm just after some fairly decent speakers and nothing to keep McDonalds car park bangin' till the break of dawn.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Get rid of the back seats and fix this in their place


Actualy just buy the best that you can afford.

Some JBL coaxials will set you back around £30. Can't go far wrong with them.
