Anyone have any idea what these cameras are?

[Conor D]

I've only recently noticed these..

Here's the spot where they've been put up:

(Across from that Junction)

There's one pointing in each direction, and there doesn't appear to be any others along the road..

Any Ideas? ANPR, Speed?
