There was a woman on the school run the other day in an Ovlov XC90

I suspect she'd hit a big kerb 'kin hard because the wheel was bent in at about 30 degrees and she was driving along the road with the rim of the wheel screeching along the tarmac.

When I pointed this out she said 'Do you think its broken then?'

The mind boggles.

This confirms what most of us already knew: RWD is better.

Stupid and dangerous.

If further components broke, like suspension or the wheel getting caught, rotated or getting dug in under the car, it could well have flipped or veered the vehicle violently off course and into the barrier or another car.

Potential for serious repercussions and good chance of third party's getting hurt or even loss of innocent life.

tt of the highest order.
