Another what car.....

My wife has decided that she needs a 7 seater for some reason. Can't bring myself to entertain a people carrier. All I can think of is an E Class or T50/V70. Both of which I like but are there any other good options, up to £3k ish?

Peugeot 307SW can be had with 7 seats. Though it is probably quite cramped in the back compared to the above two. And it's a Peugeot, so will probably break. Pretty sure there wasa 7 seat option on the Audi A6, but I hear this is rare.

Don't fancy a Peugeot but definitely like the idea of A6, didn't realise they did a 7 seater...goes off searching...
