Discount for multiple contracts in city centre car parks

After 50 contract spaces in a city centre car park. I'd imagine that the operators would be falling over themselves trying to win the business.
Does anyone have an idea of discount that may be available?
Prices coming up at £1,800 in an APCOA car park right next to the office or £1,480 a short walk away.
It's between £70k and £90k of business for them and gut feel is perhaps up to 20% on those prices?
Say £1,250 per space?
Was hoping someone would have experience of negotiating with these people.
