Help identifying this car please.

First of all sorry for the bad picture it was done about 4-5 years ago on a mobile phone camera and its the only picture i have of the car.
When i used to work as a valet in BMW we used to see all manner of lovely car's come in to our workbay (customers and owners friends).
But this car was kept under an old large blanket, i was told the model of BMW it was but due to me being more interested in the Aston's and Ferrari's i quickly forgot about it until i was looking through some old picture's can somebody identify the model?

knew i'd get a quick response!, unfortunately after having restoration work done on it it was left to gather dust in the back of our work bay and a couple of years ago the dealership had a very large fire destroying a large part of the building i left a few years prior to the fire but i'm not sure if this car survived.
Shame if it didnt google says they are worth a bit of money!.
