Does Anyone Know What This Car Is?

I see this car being used as a safety car at Brands Hatch today but have no idea what it is. I initally thought it was a Prodrive P2 but looking at a picture of them it's not the same.
It had an 07 Registration, no badges on front, back, wheels or steering wheel, unfortunately the tax disc did not reveal the manufacturer either!

Anyone know what it is?
