I had a tot up of my Tesco Clubcard vouchers and have plenty available to do the Thruxton Supercar Experience essentially for free biggrinbiggrin.
I want to do the Cayman/Aston/F.Renault as an Aston will be my lottery win car.

From my PH search there seem to have been positive comments - any more people done that one and can pass an opinion.
As I drive a 3 litre BMW and a TVR Chimaera, would I be disappointed if I am kept to a possibly lowish rev/speed limit as it was on the Brands Hatch one I did donkeys years ago.
I don't drive fast on the road so I'm not a motorway speed nutter but the Brands day had a top speed of about 85mphfrown

As I won't be paying hard cash I suppose I shouldn't be too picky but it still needs to be a decent session to justify the journey to Andover anyway.

The Renault is rev limited, though to be honest it only mattered for a few seconds down the straight - the cornering speeds make up for it. It's certainly an experience, put it that way.

Dunno about the aston, when I was there it was being driven rather sedately.

You'll certainly be able to better 85 mph in the Aston (I was well over a ton coming into the Chicane in the Viper), but you'll probably find the time in the car frustratingly short. I would've loved 20 laps in the Viper personally smile

Good way to spend Tesco Clubcard points - Funny how the wife's never mentioned we can use them for this...!

Stunningly, the lovely lady suggested it!!!!!!!!
Maybe she's trying to get rid of me?

I might ask if you can buy extra laps - maybe even trade the Formula Renault for more Aston laps as they do one like that with the Ferrari but they don't float my boat. Time for a bespoke trip maybe, for a few extra points.
Then it might be 5 or 6 laps in each of the Aston, R8 and then Lambo to finish.
