It's on the A55 just outside Conwy. Well I say is, it used to be, but as you can see there was a large rock fall on the left and they had to cut the face away to pin up the rocks.

But when they cut a new tunnel to go through the rock fall they added some green smily eyes to the tunnel to make up for it
