Company car vs car allowance

Can anyone point me in the direction of software or a web site that will enable me to work out the relative merits of company car vs cash allowance?

My car is due to be replaced shortly and I need to work out if I would be better going for the cash allowance.

My diminutive brain power cannot cope with the gain of benefit in kind charge going, the allowance being taxable, the 16p per mile fuel, the 40p per mile less the 16p etc. etc etc.

Also loan, PCP, contract hire... any pointers?
