Can you find out if you can buy a particular reg plate?

[LuS1fer]

Odd question but my first moped was VEM 4M. I know for a fact the bike was probably just thrown away at least 25-30 years ago but it would be nice to get the reg back "for old times sake" so is there a place you can request it?
