'fitted new shockers all round'

Does he mean the shocking stickers?

At least the things he's done are removable, if the car is decent then it can be reverted to a tasteful state with little effort. Would make a nice bargain barge.

A de-clutter of the tat & a short drive to somewhere that doesn't look like Basra might help the sale.

Seen far worse. Rims are ok and I'm sure the stickers can be removed, although again I've seen far worse.

Is the price right? even if it was de-chaved what sort of money do these fetch? it just seems like a lot of money.

I presume it must be a car that has been handed down from a grandfather/father/uncle etc to a young un and hes tried to show hes cool/innit bruv/safe etc!.

Shocking

I would like to add that i would like to own a cheap ls400 in the future and i would do TASTEFUL modifications if any.
etc alloys/exhausts/sound system.

I'm not sure that the LS needs any adjustments? It's made to be a quiet, smooth wafter and it does that job rather well imo. Each to their own though.
