My neighbour asked me nicelly if I can sell his car as he has no time to do it himself. Looking at google found toyota forums, they seem a bit quiet.

Any specialised forums ?

Its a 1988 2 owner Toyota supra 3l manual with 45k miles (have paperwork to prove the mileage)

Any indication on how much is worth ?

Thanks in advance

£1.5k-2k? Pistonheads' classifieds section is as good as any.

Toyota didn't start making cars until 1937, and Vintage cars are classified as 1919 to 1930.

Try www.carandclassic.co.uk This is an excellent site and free for private advertisers. I've used it successfully in the past.

I'd say c. £2k was spot on.

PS - is this the car....?

Are MKII Supras desired at all?

Dad and i have one mothballed, cant recall the year but it is a late one i think. Its black, 3 owners and a full history with only 70 odd k on it.

Wondering if they are considered classics yet?

those 3 spokes are shocking, detracts massively from it's originality imho.

Such a shame its not a mk1 version, rare now and so much prettier than later cars.

I cant see anyone calling a mk2 supra n/a a vintage model!

He has the original wheels plus 5th fullsize wheel . That car is all original , nothing changed nothing messed with and just pretty cool . Rather slow I thought but he mentioned it takes a while to get the power out
