Given that the rig involved in the recent disaster was owned and operated by Transocean, a US company, for BP, why have the Americans gone for BP so much?

Why isn't Obama asking for Transocean CEO head on a plate?

So the USA company never gets mentioned, but lets blame it all on the limeys and whip up some anti Birtish hysteria, nice job!
