Hi guys, apologies for the pretty random thread but I need some advice. I'm interested in buying a set of aftermarket rear tail lamps for my Seat Ibiza. I know these kind of things are generally considered pretty chavvy but the particular pair of lights I'm interested in don't look too different to the original set other than the fact that it uses LED's to give it a slightly more modern look. these are the lights I'd like to buy:

The website I've hyper-linked here seems to be the only site available that sells these lights in the U.K. I've tried eBay and other sites but all I can find are really crappy "Lexus style" or other over the top "chrome" lights. My problem is having looked at reviews for the site, ratings seem pretty mixed. Whilst some reviwers state postage was very fast and they were happy with the item others state they bought the item and recieved nothing, even claiming they took the seller to court.

Reviews: http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.nicedeals.c...

So, I just wanted to ask, when paying via paypal, should the seller decide not to send the product would I be able to get my money back through paypal? finally does anyone know of other websites that sell these lights that are more trustworthy?

P.S If the lights aren't to your taste please don't reply with a snide comment. We're all entitled to our own taste. smile

Thanks for any genuine replies in advance!

as the buyer as long as your paypal address
in confirmed then you are safe.
it's the sellers who have to worry when using paypal.

For aftermarket lights they're not actually that bad.

As a buyer I've never had any bother with paypal although I understand it can be a pain in the backside as a seller. I tend to use websites that accept paypal for payment out of convenience rather than safety as it means I don't have to enter the stupidly long Maestro card number which is often not accepted by websites (despite claiming that it is accepted nuts)

Not an expert on such matters but I think you're as safe as you can be buying anything online when you use paypal.
