Damge to car from Potholes!! Small niggly bits!

Hi I have used Pistonheads for a few years and finally took the plunge to join today after reading and laughing at the many rants on here, I thought I would put mine on!

So here goes.

As you can guess I drive a Pug 205 1.9GTI which I drove from just outside Bristol to Budapest in Hungary over xmas. the car did not put a foot wrong, The Alps were great as was the Autobahn. Then I get back to Blighty and guess what it all starts to go horribly wrong!!

This is what I have had to change due to the councils inept attitude to Pot Holes.

2 x front headlights (Glue unstuck on others causing the Glass to Fall out)
Rear Shock Absorber Nut & Bolt Snap (Still awaiting stock from Main Dealer, dont get me started on them another time I think)
Badge Fell off Front (managed to recover next day and have glued back on)
and finally the front Rod Snapped!!

Just small bits admitedly but so annoying, no point claiming as its just small bits here and there.

So my Question smallst annoying bit of damaged caused by potholes!!!

Photograph the offending pothole (pick one), measure it and submit a claim with the council.

And be more careful.

I running the dreaded 19's on my 335d which can crack like an egg with runflats costing 500 quid for 1 to replace. So just keep your eyes open.
