Serious question!! For a bit of filming...need some woods...can't go to public places, they charge fortunes! Would need for 2 days max during the daytime, preferably within 1 hour of London.

If you go during the week it'll be quite enough won't it? It is a public place after all...

No need for a wood. You just need somewhere quiet where you can lay some quick setting concrete. You can use my yard for a few quid if you want. smile

Find a local pheasant shoot they should have a good few well managed areas of woodland(drives) that you could hire at this time of year. They wont be bothered about nesting birds as they wont be introducing the new stock for about another month yet.

I know somewhere, it's not far from Junction 9 on the M1. What sort of size area do you need, type of access and what for. PM me with some details if you want.

Be very careful with the teeth and hair, and don't forget to use plenty of lime!

How big a wood do you need. My brother has a small one (couple acres) at his house near Swindon so just about an hour from London. What would you need it for?
