What car did I see?

I was on the motorway earlier and a white car shot past - I was doing about 55-60 and this car was doing, er, outside lane motorway speeds. Didn't recognise the badge, and the registration comes up on AskMID as "The details on the MID are: Vehicle type: CAR"
The back looked a bit like an old shape Clio (but the lights were more of a spherical shape) whereas the front had DRLs in an unusual pattern. It was a brand new car but unfortunately that's all I saw as it shot by. It was a hatchback, if it helps. Sorry to be so unspecific but I'd quite like to know what it was as it looked fairly unusual.

It was the Citroen DS3 - very good looking car! Come to think of it I did wonder whether it was just my eyes or the B-pillar didn't reach the roofline.

(oh, and I'm actually beginning to warm to new Citroens. The C6 was lovely, this thing's great too, and scarily I think the C8 is unoffensive).

You are not telling me you would rather see a fat and bloated rehash of an old design than something new and different?
It was the same with the VelSatis and the Aventime. C6 also has it, the french know how to design a car to look good and different. There are just some people who dont like a car unless its a scaled down A6. Not accusing you, just making a point.
