Leon Cupra R brake pads?

Hi there,

can anyone recommend decent brake pads for a leon cupra R. The current pads seem to get hot quickly and seeing as the car os driven very hard very often on the road better pads are being considered, anyone got any suggestions. Are ebc green or red stuffs up to it? been told you need to use their pads and discs in conjunction?
