Just got back from a World Cup-avoiding blat and noticed an unwelcome addition to my rubberwear:

Does that look small enough to pull out without hearing a horrible hissing noise?

I suppose it depends entirely on the length of the screw. You might get away with it (or possibly a repair)

That's what I was thinking. Judging by the size of the head, I doubt if it's three inches long, but there's no way of telling!

If you can't get a screw driver in it, unscrew it with some pliers. Don't just rip it out.

Yep, I know. I've got some needle-nosed pliers somewhere to (carefully) unscrew it.

If it does go hiss, I can always put the spare on, although it's a different tyre (Toyo) - but there's a Hi Q place just round the corner that have been good to me in the past.

Leave it in. Go to local tyre place. Get a plug fitted. Put on spare.

'Should' be pluggable IMO, but you never know until it's out.

Likewise, I had thought the wrong forum.
The Lounge and those internet dating sites was my initial response.
Anyway, looks repairable, internal inspection will show whether the case.
