Weirdest Driving i've ever seen

I'm driving home from work and following a Toyota Hilux double cab invincible thing that seems to be driving a bit erratically, it nearly pulls into a petrol station but then carries on (no indicating). Then it gets to the next junction and creeps forward a LOT till the lights go green. Fair enough i think, you're in a rush.
Then we get to the last set of traffic lights before my turn off and as usual there's a queue (beauchief lights on abbeydale road for anyone that knows Sheffield) so i stop behind the Hilux and we both creep forward as the traffic slowly gets toward the light. At one point i'm maybe 10/15 cars from the lights and the Hilux hasn't moved for a while, brakelights are still on and we're waiting waiting waiting in the lovely summer heat. It gets a bit hot so I open my window to get some fresh air. Now bear in mind the Hilux is both taller and wider than my car so i can't see anything in front. I lean my head to the right to get some air and notice that there's not one car between the Hilux and the lights. He's just stopped for no reason. Anyway I go past, don't bother blasting my horn and the driver is sat texting on his phone but still looking ahead a bit too.
It seemed like he just thought he'd just stop until he was finished with his phone, no indicating, no pulling to the side of his road, nothing.
Bear in mind he must have had about 20 cars behind him too.
Now i've seen bad driving but never this lack of common courtesy.
Anyway had to get that off my chest, back to talk of MX5's and smashing back doors in!
