I see Quentin Wilson yesterday at Tower Bridge for the launch of the new Electric Smart Car.

Does he not appear on 5th gear anymore? Haven't seen him on tv for ages now.

I haven't seen the Count on the box for ages either. Maybe Peter Cushing finally caught up with him?

I think he sometimes appears on GMTV/BBC morning news?

They have him on Breakfast from time to time, and the One show, anything on a slightly car related topic and lightweight.

He's a bit too daytime, and green these days.

He really needs to sort that greasy, thinning "haircut" out.

Actually I always quite liked him. Thought he was one of the stronger members of the old TG team, giving advice which was genuninely useful for members of the public.

Liked his style too.

Talking of "haircuts" wasn't the count a used car dealer?

I like him. He gives considered opinions unlike other motoring pundits who just spout populist crap. You might not agree with him but at least you never get the feeling he's saying things for effect.

I particularly like the way he endorses certain products, usually at best useless snake oils, at worse products that will actually cause damage. Some old timers will remember the somewhat epic snake oil thread.
