HPI - is it worth it

on a sub £2k car? Or would a simple text check (as advertised on Dave etc) suffice? Will be checking V5/VIN etc when viewing anyway, what else does a £20 HPI check look at?

Well if its financed up to the eyeballs or stolen you could lose the car and thus your £2k. So I'd say £20 HPi is still decent value.

If the car was priced at £2020 rather than £2000, you wouldnt walk away for £20....
