I've just spent the best part of my morning watching clips of Jays Garage! I've seen most of them before but it never fails to impress me how much of a top guy Jay is!
The car reviews are excellent and, I think, strike the entertaiment/car show balance in a way that TopGear can only dream of!
He manages to give just the right amount of information without sounding like a car bore and it all seems well researched and accurate!
As a person he never comes across as big headed and seems more down to earth than Clarkson and co.
Don't get me wrong I love TopGear and think its one of the best things on TV, it's just that Jays Garage is just...... Better!

I only discovered this website a few days ago after seeing a video of the Morgan SuperSports on it. I have to agree that I like the 10-15min long videos - watched most of them in one night! Aye, I love that site, extremely diverting. He has such a range of cars as well - Tank Car, old Bentleys, yank muscle, etc. etc.
As you say, he always comes across as such a down to earth guy with a huge love of cars and bikes, and huge knowledge as well.
I reckon he'd be a great guy to sit and have a few pints with!
