A debate we are having at work.
I have an old Landie with manual start windscreen wipers, the problem is that at the moment (until the weekend) the drivers side one will not always engage on the motor but will still wipe if I turn the handle myself.
What are the rules of windscreen wipers? (its a 1967 vehicle).
