I've seen my first Bugatti Veyron! (Photos)
Discussion
The Veyron has always been a car I've wanted to see in the metal, and during a trip to London last weekend, my wish was granted!
This wasn't a true "spotted", as the car was in a dealership - Jack Barclay on Berkley Square, Mayfair.
However, it's the first one I've seen and the saleman invited me to take photos, after clocking the big camera strapped to my neck!
So here we have a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport finished in French Blue, over Matt Blue, with a cream and blue interior. I lvoed the colour, and was even more thrilled that my first Bug was something a bit different (ie. the Grand Sport model).
Anyway, on to the photos:

Bugatti really do have some strange ideas on what colours go well together; that Veyron looks awful. Am I also alone in not liking the design of the wheels either?
I have to say that of all the Veyrons I've seen (pictures and in the metal) this is probably closest to the combination I'd have:

or this, if pushed. This one also has the wheels I would choose should I ever be so lucky to buy one!

Beautiful machine, I have to say.. I don't like to love the Veyron since it's the "automatic choice", if you know what I mean? But this is nice indeed. Thanks for sharing!
That interior is gonna be in my dreams for a while
but, is anyone else thinking that the matt blue kinda spoils the effect? Better all in very-very-glossy traditional Bugatti French Blue, if you ask me.
Then it'd match the Nogaro Blue S4 I want

So you are buying the fastest, one of the most expensive and ostentatious cars on the roads anywhere and you would choose to have in the dullest, least imaginative colour schemes?? It should stand out! Like lambos with their green, orange and yellow paintjobs. That's what a hypercar is all about - Saying "I don't give a f
k what you lot think - I can afford it and I make rules" to everyone else on the road...Gassing Station | General Gassing [Archive] | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
