Drivers Dream Days - lost vouchers!

I got given a supercar experience day voucher for my birthday a few months ago, which I've yet to book.
However, despite reading through it recently, they are now nowhere to be found!

I've emailed them asking about replacement vouchers, even though I'm sure the originals will turn up soon, and they want £25 each for replacements. We've got two vouchers, so they want £50 to send a few bits of paper out.

I've asked about the possibility of booking without the voucher, and that is apparently possible, but we'll be charged the full amount on the day if we don't bring along the voucher as it's apparently 'legal tender'

I would have thought once you book they'd send out confirmation details which should be enough to confirm your place.
Does anybody that might have done it before know if you have to give in the voucher on the day?

If someone else has been on the supercar experience day what were your thoughts? It looks as if there's more actual driving than some of the others.

I bought this recently for my son's birthday. It was a great day, and they didn't ask to see any paperwork, just his driving licence.

I can't promise that this will happen to you though!
