c3 Picasso, (yes, yes i know)

but ive just google "c3 picasso" to find a pic to show someone, and our exact car has show up on what looks like a publicity shot.

is our car famous?

anybody seen their car pop up in an unexpected picture?

sorry if this is a boring anecdote, but i need to find some silver lining for this very grey cloud!

Before I bought my GTV V6, I dug out the Auto Italia review and found that mine was a press car for the phase II launch.

A C3 Picasso? It may have been ignored to death in the Press car park but that's about the only risk, surely?

I had a Triumph once which had been a prototype hack for the South African "Chicane", and apparently appeared in their press blurb, although I've never seen any.

It was given to Standard Triumph's Marketing Director when he retired (with a TR6 engine by now), and I bought it from his wiidow.

Bought a Legacy Spec B and then saw a video of the Spec B being tested on Fifth gear - it was our car! VBH ragging it around Vs some hot volvo wagon. Needless to say she much preffered the Leggy.

ive never understood this, like people who blank their reg plate when posting on autotrader.

couldnt you do the above with every other car you see driving around on the round that have registration plates?

My car was on a publicity shot before I bought it.

It was the ad that was used to sell it.

If a low life has just stolen a car and needs to clone it. What do you think they're going to do.?

1) Drive around for hours looking to find a perfect match
2) use Autotrader to find an exact match in seconds using the handy filters ?
