If the lights were Red and you 'dumped' your clutch, there is a slim chance that you would win. All other situation would be a classic and remarkable fail.

If you are asking if you would beat him in a drag race then the answer is a no. In a 250bhp Subaru, in a drag race (apart from on snow - good point well made!) you'd not even come a little bit close. If you started at the same time, he would hit 100mph, brake to 0mph, get out of the car and moony (SP) you before you even hit 100mph.

i hoped for more serius answers.

And yes he will get a way after 80mph but to that point my car will teach him a lesson not to mess with a real skilled driver.
Buying a expensive car is not always a guarantee to get more skills, unlike squeezing out every hp out of my motorblock !
