Douglas valley provide some of the best comedy laughs in adverts. IIRC not long ago they were trying to sell a completely fire gutted new Ferrari for 50% of the price of a working one!

I'd imagine that Ferrari gearbox internals, crankshafts, con rods and so on would be pretty expensive and they'll probably have survived the fire.

Not sure I'd pay £5k to find out, though!

He's got an Ugly square thing for sale also...

I reckon he's sick of giving his buyer a clip round the ear when he comes back from the salvage auction with a Cat C builder's skip, or fire damaged magic beans.

When TVR were alive they sold scrap parts for more than the new cost. There's one born every minute.
