Ferrari spares from DG

Now this may have been done before so apologies if so.

I was browsing spares/repairs and happened to come across several interesting ads from Douglas Valley.
This was one:

Now I understand that f430 bits and pieces are expensive, but really guys would anyone consider buying that?

I know looks can be deceiving but there is a limit to such things, I also know you shouldnt judge a book by its cover.

I would guess the part in question would by extremley expensive but come on!

Is it a bit of a wind up?

I suppose if the internals (pistons, gears etc) are OK, then it may be cheaper than Ferrari spares prices?
