I've just seen a Skyline R32 (usual mods - black bonnet, big wheels, dustbin exhaust) driving round and noticed it only has one headlight. The other has been replaced with an air intake.

I just wondered, is that legal or not?

I believe its ok, but must only be driven in daylight, not 100% though.
