The Goodwood fetstival of speed is on, and they just had the transit on XJ220 wheels going round!

Never seen a van shift like that before...

it's not on XJ220 wheels, it's XJ220 running gear. A slight difference i think you'll agree.

It's on ITV player thing if anyone missed it and would like to watch it. Cracking programme, the Celica hillclimb car looked like fun!

Well, ITV should still never be alowed to cover anything good...

Apparently they were celebrating Audi on the rally stage of which we got 0.7 seconds of it doing so. Some wonderful stuff went up the hill of which we pretty much saw nothing of, why show a programme of the best machinery going up a hill but only show people talking about it?

70% speaking to people, 10% adverts and 20% cars.

Missed the sky coverage, was it any better? the Classic Le Mans coverage is pretty good although they need to get the sound levels sorted, want to hear the caras please. At least motors TV are making the most of it and giving us a good six or so hours of coverage.

I have just watched it on ITV Player http://www.itv.com/itvplayer/video/?Filter=157894

I think up until the last segment it was more like 90% people and 5% cars. Virtually no car shots longer than a second or so. And why did they get an ex rugby bloke to commentate on it? He seemed to think the driver had built the Transit XJ220, I presume someone wrote the script to try to be witty.
