Number plate help please

anyone help, need to find who the owner of number plate is? How would I go about doing this?

Would like to purchase it from them.

No its not that and maybe abit out of my price range, just alittle ;-)

This was originally sold by irish DVLA back in may. Its basically my surname and the i believe the owner is looking to sell. I am just trying to cut out the middle man and buy directly from them but endless amount of searching, i dont know who the owner is.

Any help PLEASE?

If you have a friend who works for an insurance company / the police ask them to MID the reg, it should tell you thier name and address. Be warned, however, as it is not strictly legal for your friend to pass on the information I don't think, its a bit of a grey area.
