automotive ambitions

Is there a particular car that you have always desired, and have (serious) ambitions of owning one day?
It doesnt matter how exotic or expensive, or how cheap and offensive it is, just something that, in your opinion, should be within your financial limits at some point
Me? I have always loved the E46 BMW M3 and one day would love to see a CSL parked on my drive

From a young school boy i always wanted an M car. Then got a bit older and saw `that video` from Clarkson involving the TVR Cerbera and thought to my self - i've gotta have my self one of them one day. The results are in my profile.
After the two mentioned above, i don't think i'll ever earn enough money to get some other stuff that i really want.
M3J.

I'd love a current model V8 Vantage. Actually I'd like one of the 1980s ones too, but there's a possibility I may be able to afford to run the noughties one at some stage as well as purchase it. I did vaguely look into a Virage a while back when I came into some inheritance, but I'd have been left with zero contigency fund after buying it. Or petrol money. Or... well, you get the idea.
So yeah, V8 Vantage and a TVR T350C for the long run and a BMW Z3M Breadvan and an S1 Lotus Elise for the nearer future. Wouldn't say no to a Griff either.

I realised my dream with the Esprit, see my profile. I then realised the Alfa bug with a 146 twinnie that was the second best sounding 4-pot in the WORLD! Now I have the best sounding V6 for under £1001.
You can spend spend spend but if you aren't a commodities trader in the city, or a lottery winner then this is the most rewarding way of achieving your dream.
(I saved for 10 years for the Esprit btw, boyhood dream)
The next big one is the NEW Esprit when it happens, but thats a real dream. I might well not have the funds and Lotus are taking their time...
