Supercar Hire Companys - or other ideas for 30th bday...

So im 30 in August and was thinking of hiring a supercar for the weekend. Ive been a porsche aficionado since an early age and I'm toying with hiring a 911 turbo s2. Its that or a murci lp640. Both cars are around 500ish a day from what ive seen with a 3.5k deposit.

Has anyone had any bad experiences with any of these companies charging you from your 3000 odd deposit, any tales of woe or poor experience?

Conversely does anybody have any really positive experiences of such companys...

Was thinking of doing skydiving which would be a blast but 250 quid for a 5 minute blast seems a bit steep when i could have a supercar for 24 hours for 500 odd ..

Mileage. Im sure you cant do many, summat like 100 a day? Which means you cant go far !

I've used Dreamcarhire.com and they were very professional.

Alternatively, we insure Signature Car Hire who can get their hands on most things. It might be worth giving them a try too.

Jesus. So £500 for the day, and if you dare do any distance in it it'll cost you £2 for each extra mile?
