By now most PHers are probably more than aware of the hypercar motorshow that is taking place in central London; specifically around Harrods in Knightsbridge.

This summer as ever there is a huge influx of some of the world's most exclusive and rarest cars, for example this summer so far we have seen a Veyron Sang Noir, a Zonda Cinque Roadster, a Koenigsegg CCXR "Special One", Novitec Rosso Ferrari 599 Fiorano, 5x Lamborghini LP670-4SVs, and countless other exotic cars.

However it is perhaps normal to spot a few of these cars driving around in any given evening in this area of the city, but I will not quickly forget this evening; Friday 16th July, when in just 2 hours between 7.30 and 9.30 pm all of the following clips were shot:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbB1RwpuTRY

Below are a series of screen shots from the video illustrating just how incredible it is, and some of the amazing combos of cars you see together; here is a non-complete list of the cars included:

Bugatti Veyron Sang Noir
Bugatti Veyron Chrome/Beige
McLaren Mercedes SLR Silver/Black
McLaren Mercedes SLR 772S Matt Black
Lamborghini LP670-4SV Matt Pink
Lamborghini LP670-4SV Matt Purple
Lamborghini LP670-4SV Yellow
Lamborghini LP670-4SV Red
Novitec Rosso Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano
Koenigsegg CCXR "Special One"
FAB Design Porsche Panamera
FAB Design Mercedes SL Ultimate
Ferrari 458 Italia Rosso Corsa
Mercedes SLS Matt White
Lamborghini LP560-4 White
Ferrari F430 Scuderia
Maybach 62S Matt Orange
Lamborghini Diablo VT Purple

And almost countless Ferrari 599s, Rolls Royce Phantoms, Audi R8s and other luxury cars. I doubt it will be quite so crowded in such a short space of time again this year so I hope you enjoy the video; take a look at my YouTube channel too if you are interested in seeing more of these cars! http://www.youtube.com/shmee150

Cheers, and enjoy!

I think I need to take a trip to London soon. The top 5 cars I've personally seen this month are a Ferrari 348, TVR T350, TVR Sagaris, Porsche 911 Turbo and an Aston Martin DB9 Volante. All great cars but not quite in the same league as those.

And then remember all of this stuff was within 2 hours!

Definitely do it, it's absolutely incredible what you see.

Isn't it depressing that, for most of us, these cars are a lifelong dream that is pretty much unattainable. For these boys they're throwaway toys that exist purely as a display of wealth. What do these people DO to have such vast amounts of money? Surely they can't all be somehow involved in oil?

I might make a trip up sometime as well. The best sight I've seen this month is a Ferrari 348, classic 911 in bright orange, and a Boxster all in a tight formation 100-110mph convoy up the M25 late Monday night. cloud9

The blood red LP 670-SV looks fantastic. The "pink" one looks dreadful.

Nice diablo as well.

Shame these rich oil guys don't have more taste and individuality as then we'd see some far more interesting things then a load of 599s, veyrons and brand new lambos. Some 70s/80s, or even earlier, classics would be nice smile

See this parade almost everyday in London during the summer. Some of the finest engineered supercars parked outside Harrods/Sloan Steet all summer to satisfy the owners need to win a 'willy waving' contest. Sorry not interested.

When do the Bich Rastards go home? I've got loads of free time and might get a return train ticket and spend the day down there.

Was stuck in traffic in Picadilly tonight at about 1.30am with some of this lot arpund me..

Does crack me up, some of the wealthiest people in the world that choose to buy supercars, chav them up and then sit and pose in endless traffic of the west end all night like some 17 year old that's just passed his test..

Dont get me wrong, love these cars on show. But dont like the flash and bling and 'look at me' attitude.

Arabs, once upon a time the most advanced people on the planet, but now a portion of them, the most materialistic people on the planet. Wealth is all that matters to these hypesters.

There are those who have worked hard, and earned a crust, but this minority (money worshippers as I call them) are so called princes and their families. We people and our governments pay to keep these families in power, and in the rich, to give us favourable foreign policy in the middle east, and therefore oil.

These fools dont realise one day, the oil is gona run out, and their money is gona be worthless.

Apart from that rant, nice cars....

Living in the middle east you see this kind of stuff all day every day and although its all very nice its the norm here so the wow factor is lost.
The Arabs have been flocking to the big citys for years to escape the summer heat (currently in the high 40's right now with 50%+ humidity!!) mostly mega rich big powerfull familys, royals and the like. Oil and gas etc still play a big part as well.

They do exactly the same thing here as well just driving around in circles all night!! They will be gone by September more than likely but even though most are spoilt kids dont be afraid to approach them about their cars, they are very nice people and all speak very good English, if you're feeling cheeky as for a ride! I would!! smile
