You wouldn't have thought a sun visor could be that dangerous but in the Chrysler SRT/10 (2nd gen Viper convertible) the visors have three settings:

i). blind - the visor is down and you can see nothing of the road ahead
ii). lottery - the visor is up but sits up in the air flow and will flip down, utterly blinding you at c.70mph
iii). scalping - you position the visor halfway such that the hard plastic leading edge is about an inch from your forehead and will scalp you in the smallest accident

You must be able to beat this.

The most dangerous feature on my car is without doubt the engine being in the rear... Although it does teach you to drive property using dabs of opposite lock on a regular basis...

I personally fail to see how two BMW badges is a dangerous feature?

Anything that lulls the driver into a false sense of security, leaving them to believe that their car will, in fact, drive itself.

Failing that, the shin-level storage shelf under the dashboard on the Moskvitch. A single-sided piece of steel welded at right-angles to the bulkhead.

Even a survivable frontal shunt would almost certainly amputate the driver and front passenger's legs.

I-drive I-confuse I-distract U-crash! I Hate the thing, so you talk to it and you end up have a 5 min argument with the car just to change the CD!

I said "CD 4"
She said "I think you said 'Auxiliary heating'. Is this correct?"
I said "No."
She said "You said 'yes'."
I said "No I didn't!"

But the most dangerous car feature is the big metal box your in, giving you a false sense of security.
Its only a thin shell and your going a lot faster than you think!

Most useless feature in a car? The rear view mirror in a Viper!

Why would you ever need to use it?!

Not exactly an inspiring interior for a car that costs 10's of thousands of any currency.

So get it trimmed in unicorn foreskin leather for what you save buying a European pansy car.

All the 'safety' features and aids of modern cars that far too many people presume will offset poor and incompetent driving.

Thick A-pillars at silly angles. For some reason, the A-pillars in my wife's Puma are of such a thickness and at such an angle that they can often totally obscure a car coming from left or right when sat at a T-junction yikes
