Nearly bumped into someone earlier - who was right?

Earlier today I turned into a road which has a car park on the left and one on the right. Another car was in the left car park, indicating right. I was also indicating right to enter the right hand car park. I assumed that the other car would give way but she kept crawling out until she was right in front of me, luckily I managed to react and brake in time. Then she started making motions at me as if she was upset and I had done something wrong. Of course I returned the favour because I believed she was wrong. I drove round her car and into the car park, she drove off aswell. That was the end of that.

Now I can see from the picture there isn't any give way signs on the junction where the girl was coming from but surely common sense says that you give right of way to the car already on the road you're attempting to get onto? She clearly saw me as I saw her look to the right.

I found it refreshing when someone in a van tried to drive into the side of me (that's not the refreshing part) - then held his hands up, mouthed "sorry", then shook his head and made the suicide-gun-head hand gesture.

You must give way to any cars which you may have to pull across or into the way of when turning into a road that the other car is already on, regardless of if it was indicating to turn or not.

You were in the right. Should have kept some redbull handy.
