What is this ?

A friend of mine took this photo in Paris around 1981 and is wondering what on earth it is - does the mighty knowledge of PH have an answer ?




(He thinks it might have said "Renault" and possibly "8CV' somewhere on it and maybe even Kamouh - though it doesn't look a lot like the "Suncar")

That looks like a stretched version of a Cortina based sub-Caterfield with a coupe body. fking weird.

It's fairly ugly, is what it is. What does the bonnet-catch logo say? I can't make it out.

Yes it does. look at the vent on one side of the engine case on your photo versus the roadster here, as well as the 3-bolt wheels...

I have no knowledge of the car at all except it looks crap. I do know how to use google though
