Just thought id make a pointless post and say that i saw one outside the Dorchester hotel (Near Hyde park) in London yesturday (may be of use to you car snappers). It was lovely, all of the exposed carbon fibre and it was so well finished. I was suprised to find that its one of only 5 cars aswell.

He should put an Impreza air intake on the front. And the roof. It'd finish it off perfectly. But paint them shocking pink. It'd suit it well. He'd do well with a giant Castrol logo, too. And some under-car neons.

The irony is that this version, the cheaper model, looks so much better.

Have you seen the roadster version of the cinque? Its in the latest edition of evo; the floating air scoop looks positively alien!

The original zonda does have an air of awesome simplicity about it, but for me, the cinque would get the nod purely on the basis of it using carbo-titanium-stuff which just sounds soooo cool!

I just love how they seem to build more special edition Zondas than just Zondas which are pretty special in their own right.

Peter Saywell's is cool because he went off piste and had the exhaust configuration changed.

I'm with you on this too.

The owner clearly has unlimited funds. Why on earth is he shackling such a car to central London. Surely it should live out in the countryside while London duties are taken up by a bells and whistles Range Rover or a big comfy GT?

I can only assume its a 'look at me' thing.

I await a flaming from the 'you're just jealous' brigade...

do you think they have any idea how to drive? Or even have any interest in testing the cars limits out in the country? Of course not. They drive round town showing off and stay at the best hotel in the UK every night.

The car is just a show toy, I'm sure if you asked the owner a few things about the car he wouldn't have a clue.

This is exactly it.

It's a toy for showing off. They don't care about performance or handling, they want something that very few people have, which people will point at, take pictures of and then post them on internet forums

The same reason you'll probably find they have the best of everything. It simply doesn't matter when you're that loaded.

If I had that money, I would just buy the best and rarest of everything, and why the hell not.
